We placed a mobile order, and when we received our drinks, they were completely flat. Upon checking our food after pulling around, we noticed that one of the bags was wet at the bottom and beginning to tear. This wasn't due to liquid; rather, it was because the meat was carelessly thrown into the bag without proper wrapping. There was clearly enough food to warrant two bags, and half of our order was supposed to be in a box. The only items we received correctly were a side of potatoes and one chalupa. I ordered $65 worth of food from the kiosk for a family meal, but when my order was given to me, more than half of the items were missing. I returned to the counter with my receipt, and the employee printed a new receipt and noted the missing items with a pen. When the manager came out, she asked me to bring back the food (which was already half-eaten) so she could check what was missing. At that point, I requested a refund. There was never an apology given. I will never return. This experience was unacceptable, and I wish I could give it zero stars.

This visit was pretty standard for Taco Bell. I specifically went there for the Nacho Fries, but unfortunately, their fryer was out of order and they informed me it would take at least 30 minutes before I could get my small order of fries. Since I was on my lunch break, I couldn't afford to wait around (nor did I want to). However, they did add an extra taco to my order as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience. While it wasn't what I had originally wanted, I appreciated the effort they made.

Save yourself some trouble and use the drive-thru instead of going inside. Before you leave, make sure to double-check your order. The kiosks inside delay the ordering process significantly; it takes about 10 minutes when it should only take 2 minutes with a person taking your order. Also, either the air conditioning is broken or they have the heat on, and with it being 95 degrees outside, it feels like it's around 80 inside. I'm only giving it 2 stars because the food is still decent. Book a table now

There was just one car in the driveway, and we were the only customers inside. I can't believe this place could get so dirty by 10:50 AM. The interior was filthy, with not a single table clean and the floors dirty. Even the condiments were in bad shape. The staff were all gathered in the back, hardly acknowledging that anyone had entered. It's unacceptable for customers to have to clean the restaurant's tables themselves.

On top of that, the customer service was lacking. The female staff had unpleasant attitudes, and there were no cashiers—only kiosks to place orders. When I requested a refund, I was told I would have to wait even longer, so I ended up calling the police. I definitely won’t be returning. If you’re looking for a better experience, try the Taco Bell on Franklin. You can thank me later!

I was completely ignored during my visit; no one spoke to me at all—there was no greeting or offer of assistance. I placed my order using the kiosk, but I could hear a staff member at the back complaining about having to fulfill a large order. I definitely won't be returning to this Taco Bell.

The food took an incredibly long time to arrive, and when it finally did, the order was incorrect. I was informed after placing my order that only fried items were available. Additionally, the staff appeared to be in disarray, as if they had been out partying all night. Book a table now
