I placed an order through their app, walked in to pick up my food and they told me I had to leave the dining room because they ‘closed’ it. This was at 2:20pm Monday February 5th. They asked me to go through the drive thru and I told them I didn’t have my car because I walked from work. They insisted that I leave, or they could get in trouble for having the Dining room open. They then made me exit the dining room, and locked the door behind me, forcing me to walk through the drive-through to pick up my food. Went there late last night and while I absolutely understand wanting to get a jump on cleaning and whatnot, why would you turn the grill off so early that it's cold 10 minutes before close? They said they weren't able to do quesadillas or anything likethat, and also said that they no longer served something that was listed on the menu as a featured item. They were also out ofchicken. The girl working the window had to be corrected several times on what the order was, and while I would normally assumethat it's because the person is new I genuinely think she just wasn't paying attention. I had to ask for our drink at thewindow, and part of the order was missing as well. We also got WAY overcha...
To my most recent trip I ordered the cantina burrito combo and an additional burrito. They failed to include more than half of my order. It is annoying to have paid nearly 15 dollars for food that they failed to include. Do not go to this Taco Bell location if you want to receive everything you ordered.
This is the best Taco Bell in the area. The food is always delicious, and the staff is amazing. They are very friendly, always have a smile on their face, and make sure you are satisfied with the service. I highly recommend it.

Sign says dine in open, but they decide to lock their doors whenever they are feeling lazy. Was standing by the door and a worker walked passes and didn't say a word. On the plus side they got out order correct.
They open at 8:00am they always change the time or either not taking orders but mobile orders which mean I can’t get any food then they change the time there open which is a whole 30 mins after they open just
Not speaking in hyperbole, this is the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to in my 28 years on this planet. Fire everyone and start again at this point.
During my last three visits, the food has been terrible and served cold. The tacos were almost devoid of toppings.
