I visited the Taco Bell on Flat Shoals Parkway around 12:30 am and ended up waiting in line for over thirty minutes. Unfortunately, when I got home, my order was completely wrong. After several phone calls, I managed to speak with someone who acknowledged that some of my order was incorrect. However, I was missing items like my Mexican pizza and grilled chicken burritos, and my steak burrito was not made correctly. Additionally, I was charged for Cinnamon Delights and strawberry freezes that I never received. When I called back to address the issues, I spoke to Omar, who told me to come back the next day to get the correct order. However, upon my return, I encountered a rude general manager...
I had an awful experience. I ordered through DoorDash and was told my food had already been picked up, but when it finally arrived, half of my order was missing. Although DoorDash refunded me for the missing items, the restaurant's lack of professionalism made it feel like I was trying to deceive them. The food was poorly prepared, and instead of the red Fiesta strips I ordered, they sent crushed Doritos from a taco. I tried to call the restaurant to report the issue, but no one answered. I will be reaching out to corporate about this. Everyone who was working that night should be fired, from the manager to the staff.
I want to share my disappointing experience at this restaurant. We attempted to use the drive-thru, but no one responded. As we were leaving, we heard someone say "have a good day," so we decided to go inside. It was 6 PM on a Sunday, and there was already another customer inside. However, we were told we couldn't enter because we were being too loud. It was confusing that no one had answered us at the drive-thru. Overall, I found it disappointing to be treated this way while simply trying to grab a meal in our neighborhood.
The evening crew had a very unpleasant attitude. They informed me that they didn’t accept cards at the drive-thru. When I mentioned I had cash, they insisted I needed to have the exact amount. After some back-and-forth, they seemed intent on making me come inside. Eventually, after arguing for about 10 minutes, I managed to get my order placed. However, I had to wait at the window for another 10 minutes while they ignored me and the cars waiting behind me. Ultimately, they just tossed my food at me. I won’t be returning!

Will never go back. Someone was sleeping at one of the tables. Another person was loitering. And on top of this, I waited almost 30 min. to get my order. While workers were having personal conversations . There was no one at the counter and when someone did come to the counter I was asked to put my order in on a kiosk . I placed an order through DoorDash and unfortunately, my fries were missing. In addition, I received a taco that I did not even order. When I ordered two Nacho Bell Grandes, they were only filled with meat and cheese - no sauces as requested. They also gave me the incorrect size drink. I tried calling the store but no one answered.
The cashier had an attitude when we reached the window. She didn't place the food or drinks within reach. When we opened the order, we found that it was wrong. The pizza cheese wasn't melted on either pizza and the tacos were cold. We expect better service for the hard-earned money we spend at your establishment.
I had an unfortunate experience at this restaurant. The service was extremely poor, and they messed up my order even after I clearly specified that I only wanted cheese and tomatoes on my taco. It was truly disappointing!
