horrible. to begin with as I walked in I took my daughter to the bathroom no toilet paper. I had to get some from the second stall secondly there was not even any hand soap to wash my hands. disgusting. I had to tell an employee to go get some more handsoap to let me wash my hands. Once I ordered my food it took them 45 minutes to call out my name. Once I got the food it wascold and looked very messy. I ordered a taco supreme and didn?t even get any beef. Went through drive thru Sunday January 2nd around 9:00 pm and the young lady was absolutely horrible. Rude, very short conversation felt as I was bothering or inconveniencing her. She could care less on what I wanted or needed. Handed the bag and immediately closed the window, I needed napkins (I’m sure when she eats her meal she uses napkins) and gave them to me as I was taking up her time…unbelievable!!I’ll make sure if I do go back to avoid the night shift. Management DO BETTER!
Drive thru gave girl my card for payment she said it was declined twice (Should of checked my account right there and then but unfortunately i didn't) Gave her my other card and it went through just fine. Came home and checked my account on the card that was supposedly declined and there was the charge from Taco Bell!! So basically the drive thru girl didn't know what she was doing and charged me two different times!!
Went through the drive thru tonight and was met with the worst customer service ever. The girl was so rude and had the worst attitude.She was extremely rude after I asked her to repeat the total again. She simply handed me my food and closed the window without saying anything. If you want a horrible experience come here !!

Incredible experience. I visited the restaurant last night at 6 and the young man who took my order was extremely polite, even offering to bring me more sauce. The service was very friendly! My order arrived in less than 5 minutes and the staff worked diligently despite being a bit busy. I will definitely be returning.
I went in to dine. It was a Friday nite the parking lot was packed hardly anywhere to park due to the bar next door. Anyway I ordered a few tacos and noticed a big guy making food with another lady but he only had a left glove in but was touching thefood he was making with his ungloved right hand. Not healthy!
Tried the Taco Bell app to order in a head of time and worked out great. Once you check in they make it fresh.
Pretty good Taco Bell, the bean burritos were plump and piping hot. Would definitely return when in the area.
