Went late last night. We got 4 items 3 were wrong. I went back through the drive thru and she said she would replace it. We got wrong food a second time. I didn't want to be difficult so we ate else where. Service was great food just wasn't made right. I gave 3 stars cause they tried and were nice about it just missed the mark.
The service was quite disappointing. When I was asked whether I wanted Taco Bell or Pizza Hut and chose Taco Bell, I was informed that I could only place my order at a kiosk and not with a real person. To make matters worse, the employee didn’t make any eye contact throughout the interaction and just kept looking down.
Placed a breakfast order 10/31/23 after downloading the app. This store was supposed to open at 7am according to the app but the place was dark and deserted when I arrived at at 7:20. Thanks a lot TB, I was 20 minutes late for work! Had to cancel my order and go elsewhere. How about updating your hours of operation?
Watched as the servers just let my food sit there for minutes while they did nothing but stand around and talkWhen I confronted them about it they looked annoyed that they had to go back to work Book a table now
This restaurant has a charming simplicity, with friendly staff and a menu featuring natural and fresh dishes that are quite delicious. It's definitely worth considering!
I was charged for food I ordered, but it wasn’t in my bag. Rather than making a fuss about it, I decided to avoid going back. I don't recommend this particular location.
Like always the employees are there to get your best food and the service is great I enjoy their flavors and the way they take care of
