I don't know what to say anymore. not surprised by everything and it has come to the point where they actually expect the worst and are super surprised if it is not. I waited for our food. we should have stayed in the driveway. two people before us have already ordered. we waited 5 10 minutes while I saw how they constantly drive through appendages. I finally asked if someone worked the register in the inner and who looked up as manager apologised and said they were understaffed and have no one to take our order. then he made us use of a kiosk I didn't know he was there. when we then abandoned our order, a woman went by and began to take the order of someone who went after us. the personal c...
I was and commanded 2 chalupas, who are superior to my child and ask for only chicken salad and cheese. they stick acidic saws and tomato on them. I went back and asked for a refund and the person said they did not do any refund. I beg you to talk to a manager and the manager was really rude and said no refund. she offers to remake the chalupas, but I'm afraid they'll do something bad to eat, so I said again, I want a refund, and she said to give me the credit for the next time I'm in order. This is the second time in a week that my order has been messed up. The first time, I ordered a crispy wrap with chicken, but I ended up receiving a meatless wrap and a chicken taco instead. Then, I ordered again today and was charged $2.60 for chips and guacamole, which were good, but essentially I paid that much just for the guacamole. That's disappointing. I've also been told multiple times over the past three months that they only accept orders of $5 or more, which is frustrating. On one occasion, my friends and I decided to dine in and ended up waiting 40 minutes for our food. This place used to be great, but not so much lately.
Rude order taker window worker. She didn’t ask us if we wanted sauce or even put any in the bag, no napkins. When she gave us our order, we wanted to check to make sure everything was there…not even 5 seconds passed, she opened the window again rudely saying “could you pull forward!” and rolling her eyes as told her we were just checking our order quick.Sloppily put together and messy items in our bag. ? Tacobell just had the worst service and Food in my Life took the food back and the Manger Rachel was rude and disrespectful and said call corporate! Pewaukee, WI Store 031995 called back asked for workers Names and they said No! Horrible beyond Pissed!
I stood in line for over 15 minutes without any movement, so I eventually had to leave. Unfortunately, it seemed like nobody was working inside. I'm not sure what was happening, but that was just an excessive amount of time to wait.
Not bad for a taco bell. There is the nicest gentleman who works the afternoons sometimes. There is also the kid with the air pods in that closes over an hour early just because they feel like it. That is REALLY annoying.
Its your standard taco bell on a busy strip. There was 1 car ahead of us in the drive-through and no one sitting inside. We were turned away because they claimed they had to many orders Book a table now
11:55 We're closed. No you're open til midnight. We're all outta food. I'd rather you just say you don't wanna work anymore tonight. Not all experiences here this bad though.
