It took 40 minutes for my friends and me to receive our food (we only ordered two meals, so it shouldn't have taken long). When it finally arrived, it was cold, and the burritos and tacos had minimal amounts of meat. To make matters worse, we didn’t even receive all of our order. The service was terrible, which only added to the confusion. The only decent thing was the Baja Blast Freeze, but even that tasted quite bland compared to other Taco Bell locations. Overall, I would rate this as the second worst place I’ve ever been for lunch. Zero stars!
Really a bad Taco Bell.... They always get lettuce in cheese only, usually I can even pick a shred or two out and understand, but this was like I had asked for extra lettuce . Most things my girlfriend and ai ordered where either mushy tortilla/ crushy tortilla s included and/ or just pure messy globs of sour scream, even on stuff we ordered no sour scream . This has been similar to our last two visits. I think we 'll take the hint and just not go back... ?
I just want to say how awesome Miss Shonda the manager is. at the business that I work at somebody here at least visits that place two to three times a week and we've never had a problem if an order has been made wrong or something's been forgotten what a great leader she is and a great team that works for miss shonda . success always starts at the top and Miss Shonda definitely shows that with her customers
I stood at the front counter for 7 minutes before deciding to leave. Nobody greeted me; not a single person said "hello" or "welcome" at Taco Bell. Not one staff member informed me that they'd be with me shortly. Five employees made eye contact with me but didn't utter a single word. Given the staff on duty, I wasn't surprised by the lack of service.

The staff were incredibly friendly and really helped brighten my long week. On February 23, 2022, they all put a smile on my face, and I truly appreciate all of you. Your kindness left a lasting impression on me! The food was also delicious, and I didn’t have to wait long for it. Thank you all so much!
Best Taco Bell! Sam is wonderful! He always makes us feel wonderful and makes sure our food is correct and made fast! Sam is such a hard worker and he is extremely welcoming! Thank you Sam for always making our nights when you work!
Update I was shorted 2 burritos ? go figureSpent my 30 minute lunch in my car waiting for my 5 dollar order there was only 2 cars ahead of me when I got here they also love to mess your food up ?
I ordered two chili cheese burritos and two premium soft tacos without any added acidity. However, they filled my chili cheese burritos with something acidic, which completely ruined my meal.

The Taco Bell at Georgesville Square is fantastic! The night shift staff were incredibly efficient, attentive, and professional.
I like using the drive thru. Got what I ordered. It was good. Like the Diablo sauce. Good n hot!
