I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant tonight (10/16/21) and wanted to take a moment to praise Kevin for his outstanding service. He went the extra mile to help me clarify my confusing order with exceptional politeness and efficiency. I was particularly grateful when he rounded my change up to the nearest dollar. I've been to this restaurant many times before and have never had any issues, but this visit was by far my favorite. Overall, I really appreciated Kevin's positive and thoughtful approach to customer service, which made this experience stand out from any other fast food restaurant I've been to.
I’ve been to this restaurant multiple times over the last few months, and each time, something has been missing from my order. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. If you don’t notice the mistake when you get your food, don’t even bother calling later because they never answer the phone. The staff really need to be replaced. I suggest avoiding this location altogether; it’s really that bad.
The prompt delivery ensured that everything arrived warm and well-prepared. The generously wrapped Chalupa Supreme was quite filling and satisfying. The taco was decent, and the small beef and bean burrito was also quite fulfilling. The twists had just the right level of sweetness, which I appreciated. Overall, the Crunchwrap Supreme was tasty, fresh, and full of flavor!
The meal exceeded my expectations. My order was made exactly as I requested, with no sour cream as I had asked. Each dish had the kind of quality you'd anticipate from a franchise. Additionally, they were very generous with the salsa packets. I definitely recommend giving the diablo sauce a try!

Takes forever to get your food even if you're the ONLY customer in the store. They're more focused on drive thru delivery service orders. And the prices. Just got a Cravings box another TB location for $7.99(reasonable). The exact same box thislocation is $10.99(expensive)..
Thank you for making our Veggie Mexican Pizza just the way we wanted it (without beef). We also appreciate that you included forks, even though we forgot to ask for them, along with the sauce. Taco Bell was wonderful tonight!
This is the best Taco Bell drive-thru I've been to in the Bay Area. I've visited twice late recently and received excellent service both times—very fast, and the food was great.
The food was okay, but the drink had an odd taste, as if the machine hadn't been properly cleaned.
