This review could have received four stars, but there were two main issues. First, the dining room area was not clean, which goes against the standards of this establishment. Secondly, the young lady at the register was not truthful and claimed there were no changes available for the rest of the day. The dishonesty is concerning and reflects poorly on the company. It seems they no longer maintain their previous standards, which is disappointing.
In today's world of supply chain issues, it's not unusual for a restaurant to run out of certain items. While this can be frustrating, excellent customer service can make a big difference. I want to give a special mention to Kat, who was both polite and accommodating. She suggested an alternative that wasn't quite as good, but it was still satisfactory. I truly appreciated her kind words and quick service.
I came in at 1am(my lunch break) and there were 8 cars in the line with each car taking an average of 5 minutes, thats 40 minutes that I was stuck in that line. On top of the wait they forgot my drink and even if I wanted to wait and get it they didn't give me a receipt. If there were more options for food at this time I would not be going back
The lady in working the drive through was nice. But how long are you not.gonna have the only thing I want in stock? I know you have everything to make the Mexican pizza, so why can't I order it? Idc what the box says on it, or if it's even in a box at all. Very VERY aggravating. Book a table now
The drive thru cashier didn't say a single word to me at the window.... it was just awkward. If I weren't the only one in the line, I would have liked to know at least what my total was so that I didn't accidentally buy someone else's lunch.
Everything was disappointing, starting with the rude attitude of the drive-thru staff. I received a quesadilla that wasn't even cut, and each of the tacos we took out was broken in half. The nachos were not even nachos.
I stopped by for some drinks and their delicious nacho fries. They prepared a fresh batch, and they were even more fabulous than usual! Keep in mind it was almost 3 am. The staff was very friendly, too.
I order a lot of food for my family. 2 of tacos we had haare in the food. I can understand. but 2nd nope! You must be more careful in the kitchen. will not be bought here again. Book a table now
