This has to be THE WORSE restaurant on Memorial Drive. Never received my food after I ordered and paid on the app!! I even showed up 25mins after I ordered. And apparently they close their drive thru at 10:00pm, even though they close at 2am. Just a horrible establishment from top to bottom. These corporations should check on their locations more. Ordered a mobile drive thru order on the app. $3 nachos and a drink) Got to the speaker was told that they were backed up so I had to pull around and they would bring it out. Pull around, it 's 3 others cars waiting. Waited 10 plus min for my order. The young lady forgot my drink and says "well if you waiting for me to bring it, it 's going be a minute or you can just come in and get it.
The experience and customer service is always excellent, I'm just not a fan of the food because it doesn't taste good to me. Other people like it, and there's nothing wrong with it. Del Taco is better.

It always takes forever and orders are rarely correct. 50/50 on if the food is hot or not. People tend to be nice enough though.
