Around Central Arkansas, Little Rock/NLR areas, there's a very high chance of receiving poor to horrible service and food quality from Taco Bell after dark (or any time that requires the employees to actually do what they are getting paid to do). Thetwo ladies working at this location had major attitudes and argued with the person I was with over a missing soft taco. Wealready spent over $40 on food including a total of 14 tacos. We received 13. Whomever claimed to have made the order got anattitude saying she made all 14. Why would we lie about 1 missing soft taco??? Man, the fast food spots in Little Rock really need to up their game. I was looking for a burrito supreme combo meal but didn’t see it on the menu board. When I asked the employee, she said they didn’t have it. So, I reluctantly went with the grilled cheese burrito box, and it wasn’t great. They were also out of mild sauce—again. I even overheard another customer cancel his taco order because of the same issue. Funny thing is, while waiting, I checked the kiosk and there it was: the burrito supreme combo meal that I was told didn’t exist. Some employees just don’t seem to care. This seems to be a recurring problem at Taco Bells south of 630.
It's disappointing to have to drive to another location that's 10 minutes away when this one is only 5 minutes from home. The woman at the drive-thru always has a really unpleasant attitude. She often claims that they're out of items on the menu during the week, and the cook doesn't seem to know how to make a five-layer burrito properly; they just give you shredded cheese that isn't even melted on a shell. This really reflects poor management—there's clearly no accountability for their behavior in this rundown establishment.
The food was quite tasty, though I’ve had better experiences at other Taco Bell locations. The service was good, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere felt a bit down, which I understand—life can be tough! I would definitely return, but they could improve the quality of the meat and overall food preparation. When we dined here in a hurry, it took them 30 minutes to bring our food! The cashier at the front was quite disorganized, and we even saw him drive to a gas station during the lunch rush. He returned with a Red Bull and complete chaos ensued! I don't think I’ll be coming back. The only positive aspect was that the food was fresh and served hot! Food rating: 4/5.

Jaylen was fantastic. He provided outstanding service and even recommended a dish that turned out to be delicious. I truly appreciated his warm smile and professionalism. He definitely deserves a bonus and a raise. I believe he would be an excellent trainer for new employees on how to greet customers. We will definitely be coming back to this restaurant!
I visited the location on Barrow around noon on a Friday, and I had a fantastic experience! The staff was friendly, efficient, and accurate with my order. I used the drive-thru and received my food in less than five minutes. It was hot, fresh, and exactly what I had ordered. I will definitely be back! Book a table now
This restaurant has improved since my last visit. They now have staff available, which is a definite plus. The service is quick, and I didn’t have to wait long for my order, especially since it wasn't very busy in the evening.
