In any case?t would recommend taking an order to go inside. The man who gave us our food on Black Friday was extremely rude and would not fulfill our kind of request for straws and cups for our drinks. He blew the food on the counter and gave us cups, but don't deliver straw. I looked into the bag and there was no one in there, so I started to take care of the beverage area and thought they were over there. He demanded that they were in the pocket and pointed out that there was a straw on the counter (which was covered with water by an earlier customer), I had to literally argue with him because there were no straws in the pocket. I worked at a fast food giant and I know it's easy to irritat...
Customer service was wonderful. The young lady who took my name was Lindsay. She was amazing to her attitude and her personality to Ioved. You need more people like Lindsay in the restaurant industry. Thank you. Lindsay for the suggestion that five dollars Chalupa Box was it WOWLICIOUS. Do you have the wonderful work you and all do??????????????
Drive Thru was absolutely rude. They were out of half the menu. They forgot part of our order and we had to wait several minutes before they rudely asked what else we wanted. Everything was stone cold, tacos were light as air, nacho chips were super salty and inedible. I would not recommend this location to anyone
This location STILL won?t let anybody inside the restaurant although many other Taco Bell locations are. I drive a semi-truck so I can?t go through the drive through, and they won?t allow me to use the drive thru on foot. For me this location is completely obsolete so 1 star.
