usually don?t have a problem with this place, but today we received beef in our vegetarian order. due to religious reasons, we are not supposed to eat beef. we have no idea what beef tastes or looks like. when we brought our order to the store to get itremade, the employee accusingly stated that my son had already ate half of a crunchwrap (even though the three others werebasically uneaten). we did get our order remade and understand that mistakes like this happen, but when it comes to religioussensitivities and allergies it is important to be more careful.
I ordered two things and both items were wrong and one was still cold. They didn?t have the time to fix their mess up. I do not recommend going here since they are also very slow.
No drive through, only digital ordering and very slow service, no customer service at all. Very long wait. Better off going to one of the restaurants next door.

Why did they stop serving the chili verde fries in a box like before? Now they’re putting them inside a burrito, and I’m not really a fan of that approach.
The Large Nacho Fries were warm and tasty, and the Hash Brown was just as delightful. The Spicy Potato Soft Taco was amazing and very satisfying!

The chicken tortilla was dry and overcooked, just like the crunchwrap. Overall, I found the food to be disappointing.
The burrito wasn't prepared as I requested, and the beans inside were tough and dry.
