I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The portions were incredibly small; I don't think I even received a teaspoon of sour cream — it was that minimal. I opted out of the guacamole, so they already saved money on my order. I observed one of the employees serving beans, and it looked like they were using something other than a proper food scoop. I have never left bad reviews before for restaurants but I feel myself in the situation to do so. Today I experience how bad the customer service is: I have placed an order for food and drinks for two people and one of the drinks never arrived. I placed my order and ended up waiting a long time. When I inquired, I was told that there was only one person working, but I noticed four staff members in the back. The food was disappointing, and the service was rude. I’m not sure we will return.

This restaurant continues to disappoint. During my last two visits, the tacos have stuck to the paper, making it impossible to remove them without losing all the fillings. They're too soggy and definitely not crunchy.

This Taco Bell has great customer service and fresh tasty food. I ordered the Mexican pizza and cheese quesadilla. It was delicious.
