I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The staff were incredibly friendly, and I appreciated the daily room service. The location is beautiful and feels safe. I was pleased to find complimentary coffee available at 7 AM and reasonable parking options. It truly has a family-run feel, and the owners are very nice people. One of the staff members was particularly courteous and assisted me with my reservation directly at the reception, so I didn't need to use Booking.com. The mother, who manages housekeeping, does an excellent job. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will make a reservation again in the future. Thank you!

Horrible experience. My order has been delivered after 30 minutes. On complaint they still placed my order as per the queue and the staff talking about the rules. After the wait I got a meat burrito when I ordered black beans. As requested again the managers asked me to go to drive thru where there are 10 cars waiting I the line. Managers never took the complaint as exception and still telling the rules. Worst taco bell store

So mad right now! My order incomplete. Had to make the line all over again and then one of the burritos I know I payed for ,she comes and says I had to pay again because she didn't remember if it was on the order or not I asked for my receipt and got someone else's receipt. The girl at the window said she didn't know where the receipt go.. seriously people
the eating in this taco bell was good, but despite it wasn't a long line (no was even inside) I waited for my eating like 15 minutes. that was annoying. because the whole point of the Taco bell is a fast Burrito action. it was however immaculate, so good on it for the care of the place.
They made a mistake with my order and was over charge, I ask for a refund this rude lady at the drive-thru answer was we don't have a manager that can do a refund your only choice is to pick something else. If you don't like your job quit do not bring your nasty attitude to the public.
