I had the most disturbing experience at the location on the corner of Placentia Ave/Yorba Linda Blvd. In the city of Fullerton (bordering Placentia). I dropped by there on a break from a class I was taking. The parking lot was empty and I accidentallypulled into one of a number of mobile order parking spaces that were unoccupied. I was only ordering a bean burrito to go sodidn 't think it would be a problem. The manager saw me and gave me a filthy look. He followed me in. I went to the cashregister. This was my first time at this Taco Bell location, and I was genuinely impressed by how clean and well-organized it was. The staff kept everything fully stocked, and the customer service was outstanding. Even though the drive-thru was busy, it didn’t affect my experience in the slightest. I was so impressed after enjoying my Doritos Locos Taco Supreme that I had to write this review right away. Thanks to the team for their excellent work—I hope more people get to experience the high standards they uphold. I’m already looking forward to my next visit! Keep up the fantastic job!
I had a fantastic experience at Taco Bell! The service and quality were top-notch. The potatoes were fresh, and the drive-thru line was efficient. They gave me the exact number of hot sauce packets I asked for, and my food was ready in no time. It's evident that this location is well-run, and the staff did an excellent job. As someone who has worked at Taco Bell before, I can say they're doing an impressive job here. You won't be disappointed at this Taco Bell—highly recommended!
I'm writing this review to praise the exceptional hospitality I experienced at Taco Bell. Last night, after my friend's car broke down and my own battery had died, I was searching for a place to charge it. Diego, the manager, and the entire team were incredibly understanding and went out of their way to help me. Thank you all so much—truly an amazing team!

The food was really delicious, but I'm not too fond of the whole screen ordering system. I suppose it's the trend nowadays, especially with self-service everywhere. Thanks to the staff! However, my order was correct, hot, and tasted great, which is what matters most to me.
Great service overall. Exiting the parking lot can be a bit frustrating since you can’t make a left turn, which forces you to go a mile out of your way. If you're local, it’s probably easier to just walk. Aside from that, everything else is spot on.
I usually go through the drive thru at night after work. There is one young man who is always so cheerful, polite and does his job very well (I don't know his name, but I'm sure everyone would know right away who I'm talking about).
Typical Taco Bell, I came here just to pee though since the Shell gass across the street said they got no restroom, and told me to go over here. haha Restroom was clean though, thxs!! I promise to buy some food next time!!!

The food is commercialized, not anything to do with real Mexican food, but it's ok. I gave them more stars because the employees were great, even at the Drive-Thru. Even at 9:00 p.m. they were fast and got my order right.
