Please avoid eating here, or do so at your own risk. I used the drive-thru on a Friday and ordered some tacos. When I got home, I found a glove fingertip inside one of the tacos—absolutely disgusting. I called to report it, and they told me to bring it back for a remake. When I returned to the drive-thru and explained the issue, I heard snickering through the speaker. At the window, a larger woman greeted me with attitude and a half-smile, but never apologized. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and frankly immature. This Taco Bell seems unsanitary, and the employees don't appear to take care of themselves properly. The food at Taco Bell is as anticipated—nothing special, but satisfactory. However, the surroundings are troubling. There often seems to be intoxicated or homeless individuals engaging in questionable and illegal activities in the parking lot. I've witnessed drug usage and other behaviors I wouldn't want my children exposed to while we're just trying to enjoy a meal. While I don’t blame Taco Bell entirely for this issue, the staff hasn't made any attempts to ask these individuals to leave or discourage their presence near the entrance and parking area.
I don?t usually leave reviews. And Taco Bell obviously isn?t a five star establishment or anything Lol. But today I took my kids through the drive-through and while I was only the third car in the drive-through line, it took nearly 30 minutes to get throughthe line and, even after the 30 minute drive-through wait they had still managed to forget a couple of items and the person atthe window had a bad attitude lol. I feel like one of those things, long wait or forgetting items or poor customer service. Butnot all three at the same time.
Samantha, the Assistant Manager on duty, was an exceptional presence. She was friendly and courteous. Even though they had run out of Nacho Fries, Samantha offered a replacement so gracefully that I didn't feel disappointed at all. I truly hope she is being considered for a promotion beyond her current role as Assistant Manager. My overall experience at this restaurant has skyrocketed from 2 stars to a solid 5, all thanks to her. Fantastic job, Samantha!

Absolutely awful service. The system was down, and they were out of potatoes. After taking my order and payment, they never called it out, so I have no idea how they processed the payment if the system was down. They simply chose not to begin my order. I had to wait 30 minutes in the restaurant before complaining, and only then did they start preparing it. Easily the worst service I’ve ever experienced.
The staff were friendly and the location was decent, but the Mexican pizzas lacked quality, which was disappointing since that was the main reason I visited. I reached out to Taco Bell's corporate office but haven't received a response. Overall, very dissatisfied.
