This will be my last visit to this Taco Bell location. I'm really done with it. The employees taking orders always seem impatient and like they don’t want to be there. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable trying to place an order, constantly being cut off because I wasn’t quick enough, even though there was no one in line and the parking lot was empty for at least five minutes before I was asked for my order. Then, I never receive a receipt, and my order is always wrong. On top of that, being treated rudely while just trying to get my food is completely unacceptable. Surely other staff see this behavior, so it seems like it’s just how things are there. This generation, wow.
I stopped by the drive-thru around 6:50 PM on November 12, 2022, with a large dinner order for six people. Halfway through, they informed me they were out of Nacho Fries, which was a key part of both my daughter’s wife's and my sister-in-law's orders. I had to pull over to figure out replacements. When I came back to place the new order, they said their system was down and couldn’t take orders. Running out of items, waiting 30 minutes in the drive-thru, and receiving incorrect orders seem to be common at this location. Fortunately, I remembered there was another Taco Bell in Caseyville where they had everything I needed and handled my large order quickly.
My experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing. The staff seemed disorganized and confused about the orders. I requested ice for my soda, but instead, they served it to me without any. When I finally received a cup with ice, it came alongside a large soda. To make matters worse, the food was cold and seemed stale. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory experience.
I stopped eating at this restaurant a few years ago because the service was consistently poor and I often received the wrong orders. I've also given up on using DoorDash for this place. The system frequently seems to be "down," and there's rarely anyone at the pickup window. They should seriously think about shutting this location down.

I have repeatedly encountered issues at this restaurant. Whether it's their systems being down or the fryer malfunctioning, there always seems to be a problem. Today, I didn't receive half of my order due to the broken fryer. I called to request a refund or a replacement, but I didn't receive any help.
Eat anywhere but here.In my opinion this store should be shut down. Rude attitude and mouth from your employees will not be tolerated. Friday may 20th at around 5pm.Taco bell dont worry your so huge. All i have is word of mouth with my familyand my job at Local tv station channel 5 NBC in St. Louis.
The food is consistently served in cups or tortillas, and I believe the owner should be held accountable for this. Is there a way to get in touch with someone about this location? I'm also curious as to why they frequently run out of soda for one and never have their system operational.
The prices have skyrocketed and the food was terrible. I went inside because the drive thru line was 10 cars deep. There was 1 person ahead of me. I should have stayed in the drive thru line. They all got served first, even though half of them had not ordered yet

Almost a half hour wait on three tacos and four steak and fries burritos. Watched several people walk in place and receive orders. Used to eat at this location for several years at least once a week when cutting this side of town. Will never return.
Worst taco bell ever they never make the food right and I literally had like 7 fries in my white hot steak fries container and like 4 pieces of steak in my chalupa.
