I experienced the worst customer service at this restaurant. The person who took my order was incredibly rude. I was placing an order for three people, and after she took my first order, she abruptly told me, “Okay, pull up.” I replied, “No, ma’am, I’m not finished,” and she responded dismissively. It felt like all I could see were cars at the drive-thru because of how slow and impolite the service was. I will definitely not be returning to this Taco Bell and cannot recommend it. However, feel free to check it out for yourself. It was truly the worst experience!
We pass by this location frequently and decided to give it a try today. The order process felt a bit rushed, especially since I was rusty on the menu. The order taker helpfully filled me in. At the window, it was nice to see a young person beingtrained. The power bowls are such a good idea although I would've preferred less or no rice and more guac. Food is good, building is new and clean, but it is EXTREMELY SLOW! Prepare to sit in the line for upwards of 30 plus minutes with minimal cars (maybe 2) and this was before the pandemic. I thought maybe it was just one occasion, but it has been consistent every time I have visited this location. Very slow ?fast food?.
The young lady that served us at the window wad warm. Loved her! Our food was hot and delicious. Nacho taco Supreme- I was impressed. I ordered one and realized somehow got two when I got home. I fud not complain. I ate them both and wanted more.And of course the cinnamon twist was my dessert treat. Will be back.

Made a huge order with special requests. Everything was there and perfect. Hardly had to wait. They labeled all the vegetarian choices so I didn?t accidentally eat meat (which would?ve made me sick). I couldn?t be more happy with the service and food Igot today.
Bruh no DO NOT go to this Taco Bell after midnight. The cashier lady will get your order wrong, and shawty had a bad attitude.. I ordered beef tacos, ended up giving me chicken smh, and charging me for more items than what I asked for
Service not up to standards add side nacho cheese and I get less than a 1/2 cup and who's going to turn around and go back it's like not worth the gas to turn around sad ?
I arrived at 6 a.m. and was impressed by the respectful and friendly demeanor of the young man who assisted me. Great job with customer service!
