It's Taco Bell, I don't really expect too much but this was the worst Taco Bell experience of my life. The employee who took the order needed confirmation at least five times regarding four bean and cheese burritos, failed to add the drinks I asked for to the order until I reiterated it twice and completely missed an entire other order. The other employees in the place were running around, scaring each other and talking and laughing incredibly loudly. In front of customers. Even after all that, I get home not even five minutes later and my kids' burritos were dripping sauce and cheese everywhere very clearly poorly wrapped and my taco was completely ruined and disgusting. Let's be real. If you've been to one Taco Bell you've been to all of em. Where they differentiate themselves is in how clean they are and the customer service experience. This locations falls short on both parts. I entered into the establishment with my children and the tables were dirty. This made me consider the cleanliness of the bathroom, and no surprise. That was also terrible. We went late in the evening, so there wasn't heavy traffic. But a 5 item order took damn near 20 minutes and came back missing an item. I don't know if it was the time of day we went or just our bad luck, but if your in the area you may want to give it a second thought before going in here.
You know how the day before Thanksgiving can be tough for those in the food industry, with many expressing their frustration about working? Well, that was definitely not the case with Anna! I was having a rough day, but instead of encountering someone who was also feeling down, I had the pleasure of being served by Anna G, who provided exceptional customer service and made me feel so welcome. Her warm smile, genuine eye contact, and uplifting energy were exactly what I needed at that moment! This is the kind of service we should always strive for!
I decided to satisfy my Taco Bell craving tonight by going through the drive-thru. I was really looking forward to trying the new Quesalupa. I ordered the steak combo with two soft taco steak supremes. My friend ordered the Quesarito and a soft taco supreme, along with two orders of cinnamon twists. Unfortunately, the drive-thru forgot to include the cinnamon twists in the bag, so I had to turn around to get them. The Quesalupa was disappointingly soggy and lacked cheesiness. Hopefully, Taco Bell will introduce a new and exciting menu item soon.

The day before Thanksgiving is typically a chaotic time in the restaurant industry, but Anna at this restaurant stood out with her exceptional customer service. Despite having a bad day, Anna's welcoming attitude, smile, and positive energy made a significant impact. Her service was exactly what was needed in that moment and sets a great example for the industry.
This Taco Bell is pretty bad. The line is always so long and they constantly forget items. I just waited a half hour at the drive through window for 2 crunch wraps, two soft tacos and a Sierra Mist. They forgot the two tacos. Driving another 10 minutes to the next one may be your best bet
I returned to my favorite spot from the past. I used to live near this Taco Bell and I'm happy to see that the service is still friendly and fast after 5 years! I can't wait for Taco Bell to start offering chicken wings. I heard they will be added to the menu soon!
Unlike most fast food chains, which often have a careless approach to presentation, I consistently find that this location delivers food that is fresh, accurate, and beautifully presented every time I place an order.
