As a long time patron, I had the most disappointing experience, which caused me to vow NEVER to patronize any of your establishments moving forward.. This is Why: I ordered 2 grilled cheese Burrito box $7.99 comes with Burrito/ Chilupa/tacoin the Box and a drink) and I told the window Rep. I would like steak instead of ground beef, I didn 't realize this till after iarrived home and try to eat with my girlfriend, but) She only put Steak in the Burrito, not the Chilupa or the Taco, not tomention, the steak was only put toward the end of the Burrito my Last 4 bites) I went back and called out the error to the rep,in hopes she will take the 2Ground beef Chilupas and 2Tacos, and give me 2 Steak...
Ordered on the app for counter pick up at lunch. Get there all the doors are locked there's a line of cars not moving in the drive thru. Had to walk up to the window with a car there and ask how to get my food. Then the lady shoved a bag out the windowrudely but I got my lunch. Not sure how this location is staying open. I sat in the drive thru for 45min the other day. And it'sa standard 30min to get food there no matter the time of day. The owner needs to step in and clean this place up. If it was myrestaurant I'd be protecting my investment.
As a doordasher my time is literally money. When i walk in i expect the order to be ready, if not then a 5 min wait at the most. I walk in and the staff is having a whole conversation with a friend while I'm standing there. She ends her conversation andproceeds to the back not even acknowledging me. The customer service needs to be worked on. They seem short-staffed. No one isworking the front register. It's ridiculous. If you can't handle the inside being open then keep it closed like you had itbefore. This is unacceptable.
Today on October,5th, 2022, I was so excited that they finally brought there Mexican pizza back, but when I went by there and got one along with my family, neither of us could finish our Mexican pizza due to the taste of the crusting of the pizza itliterally tasted horrible!! I?m not sure if they changed the oil that they cook it in or what, but trust me you don?t wantthey?re Mexican pizza, trust me!!!

This Taco Bell is terrible. I am officially putting in a complaint today. They get your orders wrong. They don?t answer the to go box and always keep the door locked so no one can enter. It is 9:43 am three other cars left because no one was answering soI wait outside and see a dude walking around inside
The service was a whole lot better this time around. The staff was friendly and the manager was right on point with my orderVegetarian options: They do have this protein bowl that comes in vegetarian and one with chicken. A great choice.
Quite literally the slowest service I've ever experienced. 15 minutes just to take one drive thru order is pretty ridiculous. It's supposed to be FAST food. 30 minutes later...still waiting. Do better. This is such bad service.
The fish time trying there big box meal. Surprised it had enough food to feed two. My husband and I enjoyed. We don't eat out often...nice change.

Never knew Taco Bell had breakfast. It was delicious and the Coffee was on mark.
The food was surprisingly good for fast food, and the service was satisfactory.
