I ordered a Grilled Cheese Burrito box. $2.49 extra then my usual My Cravings box, but no biggie. I monched through my Doritos Locos taco and black bean chalupa, crunched on some nachos, and slurped my drink. By the time I reached my Grilled Cheese burrito I was full.But I found myself unwrapping it anyway. “No,” I thought, “I should save this for tomorrow!” But my disobeying fingers carried on their horrible work, taunting me. Hate to write a bad review but I must be honest about my experience with this Taco Bell location. I hold the management responsible because the employees there are not well trained. We rarely get everything correct in our orders. They are often out of things. I wanted iced tea and they were out. What restaurant runs out of iced tea? I got cinnamon twists on a to go order that were cooked in very rancid oil. I called to let the manager know and she was very nonchalant about it, like it wasn't that big a deal, and they'd see about checking it when they have the time. Poor answer from the manager. Be warned.
Every time , I go this location. My order is always missing items . when I started to ask for receipt, they get annoyed . I try going on different days and times , but still get the same results . Tonight once again my drinks were wrong . When I told the guy at window , he said that’s what my screen says. I looked up my order on my phone just in case I order wrong , nope not the case . This is very disappointing.
Unreliable. Usually good stuff. Sometimes super lackluster. I come here now and then. Some of the staff very friendly but definitely not all. Nacho fries today were dramatically worse than usual. Almost no seasoning, bland, in flimsy paper rather than cardboard container, and the nacho cheese less than half as full as usual. Going to be a while before I risk it again. Book a table now
This restaurant really needs to establish a consistent closing time. It's incredibly frustrating to go out of your way to get food only to find that they've shut their doors an hour and a half before their advertised hours. Plus, if you try calling to confirm they're open, good luck getting an answer. Overall, the food was decent, but I’d rate it a 3 out of 5.
Closing time was 3a.m. we arrived at 2a.m and lights were off already. Sat in drive thru behind 4 other cars(1 was Knox patrolman) when it was our turn to order, employees were pulling our of parking lot. There was 2 cars behind us and not a word was said to anyone about shutting it down. We looked like idiots! Will definitely will definitely be back.
My order is always wrong and I ride a motorcycle. Hard for Mr to check it before I leave so when I get home it is always wrong. Then they never get my order right. I have to ride back down there every time. I eat there a lot late night
I Have never had a problem with this location at all. Fast, friendly service and the food always seems hot and fresh. Much better than the one on Merchants. I'm a regular customer at this location.Food: 5/5 Book a table now
The staff at this Taco Bell are consistently friendly and polite, and they excel at their work! They even pronounce my name correctly! I absolutely love this place!
