The staff was extremely polite! This is what we expect, rather than employees who appear to dislike their jobs and show attitude, as I’ve experienced on previous visits. It's a significant improvement! I gave it a 4-star rating because I want to see if this politeness is consistent over time. A good manager who emphasizes respectful behavior towards all customers, regardless of who they are, is essential, especially in the fast food industry where turnover can be high.
The customer service was excellent from the moment I arrived. The ladies who took my order were friendly and took the time to assist me. I was uncertain about the drink I wanted, and when I reached the window, they had a sample ready for me to try. Alaya and Diamond, the young ladies who helped me, were fantastic. The entire team was efficient, and I received my sauces, napkins, and utensils without having to ask for anything. Great job, everyone!
We are there for the first time tonight and will NEVER go back. Everything was soggy, cold, burned, and tasted sour. I don’t even know how you manage to burn something but it still comes out soggy??? The beans in my burritos were crunchy. DO NOT EAT HERE. Never in my life have i had food so bad i felt the need to leave a review. it will be a miracle if we don’t wake up with food poisoning in the morning.
This is absolutely the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. The manager that was there today 7/26/2022 5:50 pm is the worst manager I have ever come across!She was so rude and disrespectful!And she discriminated against me!I will never go back !As long as she works there!AndI will let everyone I know not to eat there ever again!They might as well shut that location down!I should have gone to Fuzzys ! Foods okay, it's taco bell, so really we can't expect gourmet. It's the best taco bell I've gone to in the are, which isn't saying muchCertainly don't order any sauces you have to pay extra for because you're basically just leaving at tip at that rate since they literally never give them to you.
7/4/22 was the third time I stopped by this location on my way to work for a quick bite to eat.(I always order the same thing. Build your own cravings box) My order was wrong and it never fails the chips are always beyond stale?. I believe this was my last visit at this location.
In this Taco bell twice this week, both times ordered my food without acid cream and both times I had to go back there because there was sour cream on my food. In addition, the replacement Burritos were very thin, much smaller than those that were made wrong.
It was the most disappointing fast food experience I've ever had. The service was absolutely awful, and the food was simply terrible. I suppose I needed a reminder of how low my expectations could go. Food rating: 1/5. Book a table now
This is the second time I've ordered the Knirian Wrap, which goes beyond the vegetarian options and has meat in it. Luckily, there was a homeless person nearby who I could give it to.
