This is the best Taco Bell to go to in the Westside of Fort Worth area! I had received the wrong order and drove about 20 minutes away to my destination. Unfortunately I didn't follow the number one rule for drive thru, which is checking your order before you leave the parking lot. I was a little irritated when I got home and noticed I did not get the right order what so ever. I tried to call the store numerous times, no one answered, so I finally caved in and drove the 20 minutes back and waited through the drive thru line again. I had a terrible experience as a dasher picking up an order. I saw them ignoring a customer who was missing part of their order, and then they made me go inside to wait even longer after I had already waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru. There are eight customers in the lobby right now, and we're all having a rough time. If you are really hungry and this is the only place open late, you might want to consider just going to bed hungry. As I write this, the manager came out to apologize for the wait and mentioned that her crew is not performing well tonight.
I was sent here to pick up an order for Door Dash and when I pulled up, the employees (3 of them) were actually right outside the door smoking weed! Food is so good I was offered a Mexican pizza by an employee as he likes it, instead of meat and beans in the middle we chicken and Mexican rice in medium and same sauces on top it was so good they should add it in the menuFood: 5/5

Taco bell was great, except two people who hit me for food, Taco Bell has no feed from hungry fund?? I don't think it would hurt them, I gave them a money, but the other one was fortunately no more money.
Supposed to be a fast food chain yet took forever for me to get my food waited 20+ min. Never coming to this location again.
