If I could give 0 stars I would, not to Taco Bell but to the older lady working the drive thru window around 8:30PM on Sun.Nov6th2022, I had 2 doordash orders to pick up, and taco bell was out of the mild sauce that my delivery customer asked for,instead of allowing me time to reach my customer to ask for substitute sauce she tried to rudely rush us off and abruptly closedher window, and with her hands motioned us to leave. Her actions were very rude and disrespectful. I don't go arounddisrespecting elders, but that lady does not need to work in the customer service field. Was in the drive thru tonight after ordering I was told to stop at the first window so I proceeded to the first window and after I got there she said with a very hateful voice I told you to stop before the first window, so I said I'm sorry and she saiddon't say that I hate when people say I'm sorry. My receipt said her name was Regina not sure tho she was a older AfricanAmerican. I'll never go to this location again. Always a long line and the food is never good at this location.
I'm not a regular at this location because I stay 30 minutes out. But all the times I've been here everything has been great. The ladies that work there are hard working. They do their best to get the food out fast. I always dine in. My food is alwaysfresh and hot. Thank yall for your services. When I'm in morrow this is the location I like to go to.
My lunch today was very good 6/12/2022. The food was hot and fresh. The ingredients in the taco were fresh from the bowl, cheese, salad. My pepsi tasted like Pepsi. It is very difficult to get through fresh tasting Fast Food these days outside of Chik-fila. I was very happy with Taco Bell on Mt. Zion today. The three ladies kept it pretty good!
