My issue isn't with Taco Bell itself, but rather with the older lady working the drive-thru window around 8:30 PM on Sunday, November 6, 2022. I had two DoorDash orders to pick up, and Taco Bell was out of the mild sauce that one of my customers requested. Instead of giving me time to reach out to my customer for a substitute, she rudely rushed us along and abruptly closed her window, gesturing for us to leave with her hands. I am giving this restaurant one star mainly for the customer service; without that, I would have rated it two stars. The soft taco was overloaded with vegetables and had very little meat. The meat also had an odd texture, making me wonder if they’ve changed their recipe or supplier—it looked almost like dog food. The Mexican pizza I had looked different from the last time I visited just a week ago; the shell was much darker than I remembered. I’m not sure if they have different people making it each time. Additionally, I pay attention to health scores. They displayed a paper in the window showing a score of 100 and an A, but no details were filled in. This raises some ethical concerns for me...
I went to the drive-thru tonight and after placing my order, I was told to stop at the first window. When I arrived, the employee, who I think was named Regina, spoke to me in an unfriendly manner, saying, "I told you to stop before the first window." I apologized, and she responded sharply, "Don't say that; I hate when people say I'm sorry." She seemed to be an older African American woman. Unfortunately, I don’t intend to return to this location. There’s usually a long wait, and the food is consistently below average.
Paying customers should be allowed to get liquid cream and not the powder packs you offer. If we are paying for coffee then don?t tell me that someone already chewed you out and you don?t want to disappoint them. Multiple times I come in the morning and I always get the same story this time the older lady didn?t even bother to put the cream in the cup. After she caught and attitude about me asking for liquid cream she pores it in another cup and hands it to me with the most disrespectful attitude.

#1, 2 STARS BECAUSE??? I find these taco spots to be very UNAUTHENTIC! The meat is so greasy that everything it touches practically disintegrates! For example, most Taco Bells serve their food so grease-soaked at the drive-thru that it ruins my pants, shirts, and my vehicle as a whole. The best part is that they won't even bother to give you any napkins to help clean up the greasy mess! Anyway, just my opinion.
I'm not a frequent visitor to this location since it's about 30 minutes away, but every time I've been here, I've had a great experience. The staff is hardworking and does their best to serve the food quickly. I usually dine in, and my meals are always fresh and hot. Thank you all for your excellent service! Whenever I'm in Morrow, this is the place I prefer to visit.
This restaurant is my favorite. I visit a lot of restaurants but to this place I constantly return again and again. The team is very receptive and the cooking they offer is so flavorful. I never decline to have a good meal in this restaurant. I highly recommend this place.
I ordered the value menu nachos with cheese and a Taco Supreme, and it led to the most severe stomach issues I've ever had. I'm not sure what ingredients were used in their food, but I won't be going back again.
