The employees at this restaurant were unhelpful and seemed unable to complete simple tasks. I ordered a quesadilla and four soft tacos without lettuce, which shouldn't have been complicated, especially since there were no other customers at the time. Unfortunately, they added unwanted lettuce to my meal, which was already below average. When I attempted to call for assistance, they also seemed confused about how to handle the phone. Overall, a frustrating experience.
I ordered my food and the cashier was very rude even though I was not rude towards her I wouldn’t finish speaking and she would leave which I normally wouldn’t mind if she was busy but their was no one else not even in the drive thru she I also asked for no vegetables on my chalupa and I normally don’t mind taking them off myself but she was very rude the whole time which is what bothered me overall though it was a bad experience
This is the second time I order nacho fries and they give me unseasoned fries. This time around it looks like they gave me the least amount of cheese to go with my fries. If y'all are out of the nacho fries seasoning just say that. ?

Worst Taco Bell ever ! No AC , dirty tables and floors and coke machine not working , no tomatoes, place is dead and no one is available to clean palace out makes no since !
They didn't put chicken in either of my burrito! Always trying to close early. And my rice wasn't cooked right.Lost my business. trash food trash management.
