We ordered a bean burrito but it was changed to beef, so the vegetarian in our group couldn't eat it. The chicken quesadilla we ordered never arrived and we also didn't receive a taco that was on our receipt. When we called to notify them, they were unhelpful and refused to do anything about it, insisting it was our problem to solve. We spent $90 and lost almost $15 as they refused to fully compensate us. Additionally, we found hair in our nachos. Overall, we were extremely unsatisfied with both the food and service. They were uncooperative and unapologetic.
I can only give this restaurant one star because I wish I could give them zero! Myself and several other customers waited for over 20 minutes just to get someone to come to the counter. Both myself and another woman asked for help multiple times, but they only seemed to respond to those speaking Spanish. When I raised my voice, suddenly they could speak English and help us. My advice is to go to a different location - it's worth the drive to avoid dealing with the ignorance here.
I ordered a box of hard shell supreme tacos. Unfortunately, the tacos had a terrible taste and we ended up eating only one in the car. When I asked for a refund, they initially gave me a hard time, claiming that the tacos were not stale just because they were broken. Despite their resistance, they eventually refunded me $30. However, I am cautious as the staff seemed to be aware of the issue but are continuing to sell stale items.
The staff at the restaurant was very friendly, but unfortunately the food was not good. After a long day at work, my friends and I decided to get some tacos and were disappointed with the quality. The tacos were empty and lacked flavor. I would rather pay a few extra dollars for a better meal. I used to enjoy this place, but now I am hesitant to return. What happened?

They were 3 missing items from my order and there's a clear pattern of them always not giving me one type of item. That item would be drinks, my last 2-3 orders from this restaurant all had missing drinks. Zero Sugar MTN Dew soda and Zero Sugar MTN Dew Baja Blast are always missing, leaving me with no delivered beverage.
Taco Bell is the worst. It seems like they are purposely running low on supplies and are unresponsive to any complaints. Additionally, they are racist and only accept cash, refusing to take credit cards. This location should be shut down. This is not the first time this has happened to me, it has occurred multiple times.
The Taco Bell in Haslett is definitely the top choice in the area. The food and service are superior compared to the other options available.
