I like to mix my fine dining experiences with the occasional trip to Taco Hell. This place used to be a disaster of a restaurant, often running out of items that were inconvenient for them to prepare. The staff was also quite terrible. However, it seems there must be new management, because I've noticed significant improvements over the past year. The staff is very friendly, the lines move quickly, and they seem to never run out of anything. For a taco spot, this one is actually pretty good.
This location has gotten worse and worse. It used to be only on occasion that they would forget an item on my oder, but lately it's been multiple items every single visit. The woman who was at the drive-through tonight also made it seem like a big deal to get a receipt. The forgot our 2 drinks and 1 taco and didn't even bother to give us any sauce packets. Time to find a different location.
It’s all taste and no flavor. The staff kept busy, but offering more time when i am ready to order was a little rude. Overall, I would rather eat at mcdonalds across the way. It is more or less the same, but at least mcdonalds has a tiny bit of flavor to their menus.
Customer service didn't appear to be a priority at all during my visit. There was no register service, and a long line of customers waiting for assistance. The staff seemed preoccupied with DoorDash deliveries, focusing primarily on the drive-thru and online orders. Book a table now
The order taker and the lady giving me my order was so rude I told her if you don't like your job quit it there's no reason to so Rude to my or other customers. She needs to be retrained!
All around pretty good and fast but you always have to check your order ?Parking: There is always parking.Kid-friendliness: Kids love the cinnamon twists and freezes.
Taco bell helps when tech “teams” hurt. This was a safe space where staff was great, thank you!
