You are actually mostly rating the crew training and freshness of the product. Order 5 crunchy Taco Supremes. This allows you to test consistency and freshness of the Taco as well as freshness of the ingredients. You can visually see the freshness of the produce and sour cream. If the Taco sticks to the paper and breaks, the meat and the shell where sitting before you ordered it. Lettuce and tomato should be nicely colored and not slimy. First of all I want to say I LOVE taco bell and will continue to come here no matter what. Second of all, why do y?all?s sweet tea SUCK? it?s always watered down and almost clear colored and I always order it hoping it?ll be different : But anyways,tonight you guys surprised me. Not enough employees to handle the floor and the drive thru. I was forced to use a kiosk to order. Then no printed reciet and my order was wrong. No drinks given until we were almost finished with the meal. I don't live in the area so No I won't be back.Management should be ashamed for pushing employees to give bad service.
The dining area is spotless with great attention to detail. This Taco Bell consistently serves the best-tasting food compared to others I have been to. Make sure to use their app to take advantage of some great deals.

I had ordered ahead on the app and when I got there the food was not ready and part of the items weren't available and needed to be traded. If an item is out at a particular store the app should reflect it.
I've been standing here, along with two other customers, for 19 minutes waiting on crunchy tacos. We feel like we're invisible. Slowest Taco Bell ever, they should be embarrassed. So disappointing.
They have just opened, and are short staffed, I am grateful they are even open. Instead of waiting, finding people is hard for fast food that are worth having, so be nice.
