Friendly staff, a clean environment, and tasty food as always. I don’t dine in frequently, but when I do, I appreciate seeing the staff promptly clean the tables after customers leave—it keeps the place looking great. I’m not a fan of walking into a restaurant and having to hunt for a clean table because of leftover messes. The only improvement I'd suggest is better distribution of ingredients in my tacos. It’s frustrating when one bite is overloaded with nacho cheese, sour cream, or, most recently, chipotle sauce. I had a letdown of an experience at this restaurant. They messed up my order, giving me the wrong drink and burritos instead of the nacho fries I had requested. To add to my frustration, they charged me incorrectly and promised a refund to my debit card, which never arrived. The staff's attitudes were rude, and they seemed unconcerned about my issues. I used to be a loyal customer, but that has definitely changed!
The lines are always long and seem to move slowly, probably because there are too many teenagers on their phones, not really paying attention while they eat. The food is good, but they always forget something when I'm going through the drive-thru; it never fails.
I absolutely love Taco Bell! My grandson and I used to visit frequently when he was in school. Now that he's serving in the Army, I’m happy to say he still enjoys Taco Bell just as much as ever!

The food was served lukewarm when I received it. I wasn't given any drinks or sauces, so I had to go inside to ask for them. By the time I got back to the car, the food had already cooled off.
