I ordered three items through the drive-thru: a Burrito Supreme, a Crunchy Taco Supreme, and a Crunchwrap Supreme. After paying, I requested mild sauce, but the clerk informed me they didn’t have any because the delivery truck hadn’t arrived yet. It would have been helpful if they had mentioned this before I placed my order. I considered asking for a refund but ultimately didn’t. I regret that decision because the crunchy taco shell was stale and tasted terrible. The other items were just okay. Additionally, the clerk was not friendly and didn't apologize for the lack of sauce. Overall, I wish I hadn’t gone there at all.
Awful experience, do not visit this restaurant. If I could give this disaster of a place a negative 1 star, I would. I had to repeat my drink order three times and they still got it wrong. When I arrived at the window, they told me they couldn't change the order there. It seems like providing good customer service was too much of a hassle for them. If you appreciate being treated like a valued customer and want a company that values your business, this is not the place for you.
Every time I go to this taco bell location they get something wrong. It will be the most basic order and something is missing or messed up. One time I ordered a specific type of burrito and they made it as a quesadilla instead, how do you even mess up to that extent? Today I got the nacho friesbox and it didn't even come with the fries. With fast food prices skyrocketing, the least they can do is get basic menu orders correct. I'm done with this place.
I waited over 20 minutes at the drive-thru before I had to cancel my order. While the long wait was quite inconvenient, the staff were very polite and allowed me to cancel without any hassle. They definitely need to improve their speed of service. It might not be the best idea to have one drive-thru serving two restaurants simultaneously!

The staff at the restaurant was incredibly friendly, particularly the woman working at the cash register. The food was served hot, just how I prefer it. However, my only criticism is that the nachos had too many refried beans and not enough taco meat.
Why would they publicly reveal that they only pay their employees ' 'up to ' ' $15 per hour? How embarrassing for the owner. No wonder the food takes so long. Pay your employees properly. Self-sabotaging!
Please check your receipts. They are adding on a KFC Foundation charge to your total. I was not asked to donate. It was automatically added. That’s not cool and is a form of theft.
They lie about what time they close.! And food is horrible !!!!I pulled up at 11:29 pm and they said they was closedand on here says it closes at 1 AM.

Food was bad instantly regretted stopping there after the first bite. Later on regretted it even more.... never again.
I just got 6 supreme tacos spent around $19 bucks when i got home they put only 4 tacos thanks so much woww ?
