I ordered 3 items thru the drive thru. A burrito supreme, a crunchy taco supreme and a crunch wrap supreme. I paid for my order and asked for mild sauce. The clerk said they didn't have any because the truck had not gotten there. Maybe they should let youknow before you order that they don't have sauce. I should have asked for my order to be refunded, but I didn't. I wish I had,the crunchy taco shell was stale and tasted horrible. The other items were just ok. And the clerk was not friendly at all. Nordid they apologize for not having the sauce. I wish that I hadn't gone there at all.
Awful experience, do not visit this restaurant. If I could give this disaster of a place a negative 1 star, I would. I had to repeat my drink order three times and they still got it wrong. When I arrived at the window, they told me they couldn't change the order there. It seems like providing good customer service was too much of a hassle for them. If you appreciate being treated like a valued customer and want a company that values your business, this is not the place for you.
Lately, this restaurant has been experiencing a lot of issues such as serving undercooked food, mix-ups with orders, and not following their stated opening hours. These problems have persisted for months without any improvement. It may be necessary for the restaurant to consider new management or other changes. Previously known for its good food and excellent service, customers may not have the same experience anymore.
None of the dishes we received were cold or poorly prepared. However, when we inquired about the nachos we ordered, instead of informing us that the cheese had spilled on the floor, our server rudely dug through our food with her hands. Additionally, the rice in one of the burritos was undercooked. I would not dine here again until significant improvements are made. Book a table now
Waited more than 20 min at the drive through, then had to cancel my order. Despite the great inconvenience of waiting the staff was very polite and allowed me to cancel with no comment. Need work on the speed of service. Maybe it's not the best idea tohave one drive through serving two restaurants at the same time !!
The staff at the restaurant was incredibly friendly, particularly the woman working at the cash register. The food was served hot, just how I prefer it. However, my only criticism is that the nachos had too many refried beans and not enough taco meat.
Horrible experience! I ordered 3 crunchy tacos and they were a mess. Each taco was dripping with watery residue, the shells were soggy, and the overall taste was disgusting. I will not be ordering from this place again.
I've never been ignored during normal business hours... thats what the workers did here. It must be one that is shutting down. ?? Book a table now
