Missing my drink, my chalupa was black beans instead of beef and it was filled with tomatoes when I said no tomatoes. My supreme was the same, it was filled with tomatoes and some onions which I specifically asked to not have. I paid extra for extra toppings as well as a bigger drink and a freeze and didnt even get it. And cant even get money back from my order. Highly disappointed
Every time I place an order with them, the dasher ends up waiting around for about 15 minutes, and unfortunately, four out of five times, they mess up my order in some way. I would recommend not ordering from this place, especially after 9 o'clock, as you’re likely to be disappointed.
Do you have a roulette wheel you spin when customers place their orders? This is my second visit to this location, and both times my order has been incorrect. This time, I ordered just one burrito, and somehow I received an entirely different one.

The Mexican pizza shells were expired to the point that I could only manage two bites. Unfortunately, the food made me feel ill. Please make sure to check your stock and expiration dates, everyone.
If you order through DoorDash, you'll receive exactly what you ordered! However, if you go through the South Medford drive-thru, there's a chance you might not get what you expect.
Several items were not prepared correctly, my drink was never served, and I also had missing items. I would rate this experience 1 out of 5 stars, and even that feels generous.
