Worst Taco Bell in the area. Mobile pickup took way longer than I've ever had it. I drove 7 minutes and it still took another 5-10 to be made. There was 1 car in the drive thru when I pulled in so it's not like they were slammed. But what really bothered was the employees talking about putting less toppings on a customer's food because they didn't like them, or whatever their reasoning is. I've worked in fast food and other food jobs for years and have talked plenty about customers behind their back but intentionally making their food worse for personal petty reasons is not right.
I had a disappointing experience at this particular Taco Bell location. When I requested a receipt, I was given one without a barcode or any numbers, preventing me from earning points on the app for my order. The Mexican pizza I ordered was extremely dry and cold, as if it had been sitting out for a full 24 hours. The Volcano taco I received was alright, but overall, I would suggest trying a different Taco Bell location for a better experience.
The manager at this restaurant was impolite. A delivery driver was waiting for an order and they had run out of the drink the customer requested. Instead of politely asking the driver to inform the customer, the manager abruptly told them to make the call. It's worth mentioning her name, but unfortunately, nobody was wearing name tags.
Paid $10 to get asked at the window what I ordered, only for the window person to toss me a bag with no other comments and close the wondow...which, the order was wrong when I got back to work. Too late to return to get my actual food. I guess that's what I have to expect from the talent there.

Food is solid but they always cancel online orders with 0 explanation. Even if the lobby is closed they still cancel drive thru orders. Very annoying since it lets you place the order on the app. +2 stars for food being good -3 stars for poor app management/ support.
One of the best TBell experiences I’ve had in a while. Everything was fresh and tasted delicious. And when they I let them know I was missing my Cinnabons from my order they were very courteous and made it right. Super great experience.
This restaurant is top-notch. The portion sizes, quality of food, and customer service are outstanding. Despite the affordable prices, the value you receive is exceptional. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming.
Worst taco bell ever. Taco shells were saturated in grease, basically nothing on the nacho bellgrande. I think they were upset I didn't use the kiosks, because I was paying cash. Entitled little B .

The man working the window during a later shift on Friday night was very friendly. He had a positive attitude and seemed sincere. The line wasn't too long and my order was all correct.
Mexican veggi pizza they did not keep the pizza safe when I opened it the sause was everywhere.
