I placed my order online just 10 minutes before arriving. I usually use the drive-thru, but since the line was particularly long today, I decided to go inside to pick up my order instead. When I asked a staff member if they could switch my order to pickup, the woman became quite curt and questioned why I should be allowed to skip ahead of others. She insisted that she couldn't make the change. I've been to this Taco Bell for lunch over 25 times, and on three separate occasions, I was able to pick up my order inside without any issues, thanks to the friendly staff who helped me without hesitation.
I ordered a power bowl and a hard shell taco. Unfortunately, the taco was soggy and fell apart. The steak power bowl was cold and didn't contain any beans, despite the menu photo showing them. The regular Pepsi I received tasted off, as if it needed to be replaced. Additionally, I wasn't provided with a straw or utensils. This restaurant used to be enjoyable, but I'm not sure what has happened to cause this decline.
Every time I order at night there is noticeably only pinches of food. I feel like it's genuine theft because I don't get a full meal and it's been over months. The taco shells are stale and I can't even fit the amount of meat in a spoon. Don't come here if it's not day light, you're not going to get that late night meal you need after work.
been going here sense they opened was great! now they hired some new staff very rude sat in line for 20 minutes in the drive through and they forgot half my order had to go back and sit in line for another 20 minutes and the girl did not even say sorry very rude and seemed she hated her job go to woodbury or suburban av way better

Everytime I go here the food is COLD, the meat is not even warm. Love Taco Bell but this location seems to put out cold food. Will go to different location. When complaining, employees laugh ask what they are suppose to do? First of all maybe be sure you serve hot food (as you advertise what is expected).
I stopped in to get a chicken quesadilla, but it turned out to be mostly cheese. I counted just two small pieces of chicken on each slice! Seriously? This is just as disappointing as the Burger King next door.
Nacho bellgrande, mostly crumbs, all stale, manager's response: Thanks for the feedback. This location messes up the order about half the time.
The restaurant is very clean and well-maintained. The food was fresh, and the service was excellent.
