I had the worst experience at this Taco Bell. I arrived around 7 PM and found the place completely empty. One of the female employees was filming the others for TikTok, which was distracting. Since I was on my lunch break and on a tight schedule, I expected to be served promptly, but it didn't happen. The young woman spent time chatting with the two cooks in the kitchen while I waited, and the cashier was outside. She eventually called him in, and he ran inside to use the restroom before finally coming to take my order without even acknowledging me. I've been visiting this Taco Bell for years, and the only thing that's consistent is the rudeness of the staff at the drive-thru. It makes me wonder why they choose to work there if they're so unhappy. I digress—if you're craving Taco Bell and find yourself near this location, do yourself a favor and go to a different one. I won't even waste my photography skills on taking a picture here. I'm not against Taco Bell; I'm just against being treated rudely. If I want it, I know where to go. Around 11:20 pm, there was no line at the drive-thru, but the young woman taking my order kept laughing throughout and ended up getting my order completely wrong. I ordered 12 crunchy tacos and two six-packs, but I received half soft tacos and no six-packs at all. Overall, the service was very disappointing.

It was quite busy at the restaurant, and parking was a bit challenging. There was a line to get in, so we decided to order from the menu and then waited for our food. We ended up eating in the car while shopping at a few nearby stores. Aside from the wait, it turned out to be a great choice for a late lunch.
Typically, when I order the Spicy Potato Soft Taco, there are only a few pieces of potato, but this time the tacos were packed with chunks of potato. They also gave us a generous amount of Diablo Sauce packets, which is usually not the case. I'm not sure who was working tonight, but I really appreciate it!
