I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. They messed up a fairly simple order in the drive-thru and then made me wait 45 minutes inside while they continued to serve other drive-thru customers. There were just two of us left waiting. As an update to my review, it has now been 1.5 hours, and they are still prioritizing other customers’ orders while my friend and I remain here. I will be reaching out to corporate about this situation.
The kitchen staff could use some improvement. I ordered a few cheese roll-ups, and they not only came with lettuce but maybe just a sprinkle of cheese. I understand it's a more affordable item, but come on. Thankfully, the woman at the drive-thru is always pleasant. I only rated the service a 5 because of her.
they forgot almost all of out nacho cheeses and barely filled uo the ones they did give us, the nach fries were old and disgusting this place does not care what they feed people and the managers need to start hiring people who actually know how to do there job. this is why i go to the tacobell on haubstadt
Ordered 35 minutes ago on the app and was told to come inside nobody spoke to me no orders are coming out for any other people waiting the staff just isn’t working at all it’s pathetic how many people walked in for orders and left because nothing was being done Book a table now
I waited for 40 minutes before deciding to leave because my food wasn't even close to being ready. An employee was outside in the parking lot, chatting away on her phone. Clearly, they are not well-staffed.
Stop by today and ordered 3 soft shell chicken tacos....no chicken... Well today 4years later, I thought maybe they were going to do better NOT, ordered a chicken burrito supreme
Hard to find meals to feed a family on a budget taco bell prices allow us to treat our family and the food is delicious.
