I ordered a 7 layer Burrito here. Had the following disappointments. 1. It was served not at all warm. I asked them if you prepared it now It shouldn 't be like this at room temperature. Then they heated it and gave me again. Overall this means it was not prepared fresh. 2. It was not so tasty. No black pepper or even 1% any spice. No guacamole(this was mentioned in the ingredients but was nowhere). 3. My and every table were extremely dirty with either food pieces left by people, drops of ketchup,cheese etc and tissues. 4. The food quantity was not good. The so called '7layer burritos) was very light and less in portion. It was not so good experience. There are many food joints near to it....
I visited Nottingham in mid December 2022 with my wife and my daughter who is a fan of Mexican food. From the outside the place did not look inviting as the windows looked dirty. We ordered meals to eat inside. They were presented in a bag as if we were taking these away. We sat at what only can be described as a dirty table. My wife's food was almost cold and mine, with beef filling, was miniscule. We then noticed that they had not provided the fries with any of the meals. I complained and was provided with two small bags of fries. This was one short. This place is a disaster and I will never use a Taco Bell again. Disgusting.
This is the worst restaurant I have ever eaten at. The food was practically non-existent and what was there was not properly prepared. I had to try and put together what little I received. The staff was very rude and I also had stomach issues after eating here. This place should not be allowed to remain open, especially if the Environmental Health Officer conducted a proper inspection. I could go on complaining for hours but I hope that this place will ultimately shut down on its own.
I am writing this review for your Mansfield location because it is not listed here for some reason. I have visited twice and both times there were many dirty, empty tables that had to be asked to be cleaned by the staff. The restaurant had rubbish around and dirty windows. Additionally, they have trouble getting orders right when trying to make them vegan or vegetarian, as they put meat inside the order three times. I will not be returning again.

For reasons I won't go into this was my next place to visit. I can't eat cheese so I went and saw a human to order my meal as I couldn't see on their touch screen to leave off the cheese. Anyway I chose the spicy burrito meal deal (extra beef for £1.50). It qas OK about as much I can really. No real kick, seasoned fries OK sadly to say a bit bland really. Service fine, clean on the whole. Not for me.
today I went to the victoria centre Taco Bell and ordered my favourite a crunch wrap supreme and as I pulled it out from its package it was cold and it fell apart on the table seriously where the hell does Taco bell hire their staff from stupid people can't r us seriously they really need sort out their stAff and after my experience there today I WILL NEVER GO BACK
Just wanted food after a night out. Took almost 2 hours to get my food. More staff maybe? The queue was not orderly at all. People are pushing in. Feel bad for the staff as they need a bigger team, must be stressful!
Compared to its US counterpart, the restaurant is shockingly expensive. I was disappointed to find that the experience did not justify the high cost.
