I ordered a Mexican pizza, and it had a metallic taste. I called to let them know, and they said they would replace it if I came back through the drive-thru. Honestly, do people not understand that after a long 10 to 12-hour workday, when you're tired and live 15 to 20 minutes away, driving all the way back for one item isn't realistic? Plus, I really don't want the same item again after it tasted that way. So frustrating!
Nacho Bell grande is half the size it used to be. The chips were hard and stale didn't put all the toppings on. Just made very poorly. Hope it gets better I was excited this place came here. I haven't eaten at the McDonald's across the street in year's because it's just horrible there. Must be the help, can't find people with good work ethic anymore, it's sad times we live in. But I guess this is the norm.
I really like eating at Taco Bell but it's never consistent. I can order the same menu item on different occasions and the item will always taste and look completely different from the last. For the west end Morristown store presentation is out of the question I'm lucky if I even get the main ingredient on the shell. Service is quick only because of the corners being cut
