Ordered here tonight as we are moving tomorrow and everything is packed away. Asked for utensils didn't get any. Didnt receive the cesar salad we ordered. Ordered a poutine for myself (8 months pregnant so this poutine was needed) didn't have any gravy on it. Asked for no tomatoes on a sandwich and they put double on it. My husband called to get the gravy and the cesar salad that was missing delivered. Driver came with the salad, and some sort of chicken soup turned into gravy was suppose to be beef gravy) ..so disappointing and will never order here again.
if it is done correctly, it is likely a top 3 pizza in the region. it is a delicious sauce and it is always cooked to perfection. the customer service is, in my opinion, not always the strong suit. phone calls are unanswered for me and time orders are not always done in time. I have been there for a couple of pick-up jobs and it can be a shy wait because the dunes-in' or terrace' customers seem to take precedence I would be there weekly if not for the customer service. it is a must to try my mind.
had healed twice. very nice with slightly crispy teig and a full of frits, with tartaric acid sauce and a crispy delicious coleslaw. the best was melissa, big server. it was slow to get the order and I know they were very busy, but that was worth it.
