First impression: Busy! This place has an issue with lines. They form constantly at the front. It's good that they obviously have a strong following. It had been a few years sense I had been to Tally's. I took some friends for a route 66 experience.. It did not look like the pictures. The food was as good as ever a nice experience, but I think they lost there way when they changed the exterior, I loved the big red canapé it was so so cool, but alas not now, The green metal awning not cool at all. Tulsa has lost two really neat places Tally's it is still there it just lost it's cool factor and the Metro dinner out of business ( Elvis does not eat there any more ) Again the food was fine, don't be in a hurry it takes a while. I was disappointed in the outside appearance.

WARNING! Easily one of the worst places I've ever been to. Not very clean, super cramped, wait staff never checked on my family and I and their 'world famous' chicken fried steak was really tough. And to top it off my croissant club tasted rancid, so I asked to have it taken off our ticket. The owner did so all the while saying that everyone loves that sandwich, it must be MY bad taste!! Ridiculous! Seriously, the worst customer service! DO NOT GO THERE! I only wish I could give this place 0 stars.

Very busy on the weekend and it's preferable to be seated in the front of the restaurant as opposed to the back extra rooms since they fill those full of cheap plastic tables. Breakfast is always a must here even though they have a full menu. The fried chicken tenders are also good if your in the mood for lunch.

Madison (the hostess) makes the best milkshakes ever! My husband ordered the peanut butter chocolate and it tastes so good, even let me try! We'd give her 11 out of 10 stars! It's nice to know that they actually have real peanut butter and not just a kind of taste! Even the food was incredible and the portion sizes were gigantic! New favorite when we're in town!
Tally's cooked my order well done when I asked it for rare. Then, they refused to fix it and asked me to pay for it. Tally has never resolved this issue with me
