I will not discover what the Martinez-Ortuzar family means in terms of donostiarra hostelry but their daughter julene together with jacinto have made the tambo a reference in the old part to visit fixed. let yourself be guided by julene or javier. anchovy or merluza bounced, tuna in scabeche, pipas (gambas a la gabardina), pimiento filled, de gernika, kokotxas rebozadas, chuleta, tomato in season, Russian saladilla....... And if you spend a weekend at noon, tell Junlene to prepare a **** mary.
site specializing in a mushroom pintxo but it is certainly the most loose of what we tasted. We got the salad and the cod tortilla. not very busy when we came, quiet place to take something with a good value for money.
warm place. good bar to sit there and eat pintxos and have a glass of wine. excellent attention. the best pinxtos are those with cod-filled pepper and seasonal widths.
perfect bar throughout the old part donostiarra. good quality of the product. do not stop trying your Russian saladilla, pips, and mushrooms, etc.
