I come here every week and the drinks are soooo good. The price is a little high at $6 per drink though. The cheese and tiramisu foam mixes with the drink so naturally and it tastes super good together. The place allows sit-in now, so it's kinda nice to be able to hang out. There's music playing, so it feels like a cafe. If you're paying with credit card, they MIGHT charge 50 cents extra, although they seem really inconsistent with that for some reason. They also manually type the charge amount on an ipad which is quite odd for a place like that. If the place isn't busy, the drinks will come out in a couple minutes, but they take a while if there's a queue. They pour the tea in the back room...
The drinks were good, but the main reason I rated this place lower is that we couldn't order our preferred sizes; we were only allowed to order large. There were no options for smaller sizes. The drink I enjoyed the most was their number one pick from the popular section, but it would have been even better with boba, which they were unfortunately out of. My friend's Dirty Taro-Latte was delicious, but it would have been even better with honey boba. Given the number of boba shops in the area, I probably won't be returning.
Usually I'm quite particular about my boba drinks. I came here a few times and have gotten the same drinks. My usual at this place is the uji matcha cheese foam and the frothy matcha pu'er tea (it comes with matcha cheese foam). My review is solely based on the two drinks I have tried. So far, they have been consistent with both drinks. I really like the combination of the matcha latte and cheese foam. It has a bit of sweetness from the latte and a hint of saltiness from the cheese foam. Likewise with the pu'er.
Located off Valley Bl in San Gabriel parking is tight on the main level not many spaces since it's shared with all the businesses in the plaza. They do have underground parking I think two levels below. I had this place bookmarked for a while finally got here reason being that there was a Yelp Event at a restaurant in this same plaza. Small place few tables inside. I got my usual fruit tea. Overall a nice place and good service.

I really enjoy the flavors at Tan-cha. The tiramisu is absolutely delicious. At $5.95, it's slightly above my budget, but worth it. I always order the roasted oolong milk tea because I'm a big fan of oolong. However, their other options are just as good. Sometimes I add boba, though it can be a hit or miss for me. Tan-cha offers a nice balance of sweetness and ice. Plus, there’s free parking available on both levels.
Super fruit tea! Can someone challenge me when I say it's better than Yifang? :) Seriously, it's really good! The drink is packed with a variety of fruits, including watermelon, strawberries, lime, and orange. I think it’s better than Yifang here in Milpitas. I ordered it with sugar, but it was a bit too sweet for my taste, so I might skip the sugar next time.
I ordered 2 green milk tea 1 easy ice and 1 no ice , both of them 50% sugar . They didn't put the sugar for my drink how you can drink the milktea without sugar?? Also , the total is $13.40 , I said want to pay by card , they said if use card extra 50 cents , ? the guys take my order using he phone while taking my order , respect customers ??
a short stop because we were thirsty. it was a quiet and beautiful atmosphere. many drinks options on the menu. regular militia with less sweet. I like the tee and it's not too milky. my friend ordered a strawberry drink and a taro drink with cheese foam. the taro was actually taro and not powder. I think it's a chain tea shop.

We literally came in precisely at 10:33 pm and were informed that they had Already Closed and immediately locked the door right in front of us. If you closed tell us so we could leave, you don't have to do that. That's so mean!
Came here one night with a friend and thought the environment was just alright. The drinks here are ridiculously sweet. I got the brown sugar latte w/ boba half sweet and it was still pretty darn sweet.
