I like how Cabramatta restaurants don’t have restricted or unreliable hours like some similar suburbs. You can get pork rolls 24 hours and if you want chicken and noodles at 9am, there are plenty of options. Tan Viet was a great option for me tender chicken with perfect crispy skin. No real cheap options but I got a large bowl of noodles with it plus soup and sprouts, so it was a lot of food for the price. The service is rough and shouty but very efficient.
We noticed a line outside this place on Sunday lunchtime and decided to see what the fuss was all about. It looked like most people were eating the crispy chicken so we tried that hands down the best I've ever had. So crispy on the outside, yet juicy on the inside. Hainan chicken was okay, a little on the dry side. The broth was clear but a little bland. Service was really quick despite it being a full house during lunchtime. Delicious and filling!
The most incredible Vietnamese I've had in a long time.. I knew Cabramatta had great Viet food, but hadn't had a chance to visit. Was not disappointed. The food took about 10 mins flat, so fast. Delicious and well made pork off the bone, crispy chicken, tomato rice and pickled veggies. Will definitely be back again soon!!
Clean, fast service, friendly staffs, most important is the food is delicious and fair price! Crispy chicken tender and juicy with nice smoke flavor, clear noodle soup is full of rich bone stock taste, and the combination soup is a lot of ingredients! Their signature crispy chicken and red rice egg noodles with crispy chicken were soo good. I can't say about the other dishes since I haven't tried it yet but I've been here since I was a child and their signature dishes alone deserve the 5 star rating.

Large portion size and tasty food. Love they allow customers choose the noodle and meat different combination. Pork chop and drop noodles are their must try.

Great crispy chicken! My fav pair is with the dry noodle. The tomato rice is not that good. The hainan rice is not the best either.
