It is one of a place in the heart of the eastern suburbs of Camberwell on Camberwell road. It is one of the oldest Indian restaurants in Melbourne and probably the best one I've been in so far.<br/ <br/ It's a quite busy restaurant with authentic taste of Indian food and great surroundings. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They have a wide range of food and beverages. It's slightly on the expensive side, but it's worth every penny.<br/ <br/ Have visited this place couple of times and would surely recommend it to others.
We had a lunch party for 40+ people and the arrangements, food, staff management and everything you ask for was excellent. The menu designed and served for the lunch had perfect match of flavour, taste and combinations of curries starters. All guests enjoyed it to the maximum and shared very positive feedback about the food. We would like to thank restaurant management for setting up such a great afternoon and making it memorable for us. Looking forward to having many more parties at Tandoori Den.
Amazing Indian food! Really good flavours, good sizes, comes out in good time, service is great, decor is nice. I wish they didn't give us a dairy sauce without asking though. Hopefully it doesn't go straight in the bin after... I'd also like to see vegan options clearly marked but staff are very helpful and they replied to my email with a bit of a list too. Will definitely come back and try more dishes.
Came here twice, but missed out on taking photos the first time coz we were indulging in food, we had Tandoori the first time and it was amazing! Second time was a little different, we had more pescatarian options. Btw really love the Naan and the Biryani rice. Only wish the Aloo Gobi was a little more flavoured.

The food, ambiance and service at Tandoori Den is always top notch!! <br/ <br/ It is a little on the pricey side for me but great for a special occasion. <br/ <br/ Love that you can see the chefs preparing some of the food from your table too.
This is one of the oldest and best Indian restaurants in Melbourne. It is consistently good unlike many other Indian restaurants. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful. Strongly recommended if you like good Indian food.
First time tried Indian cuisine from Tandoori Den. The flavour of food is amazing. Although it is take away, we still like them very much. Will be back when dine in is available
Great food!!!! Without a doubt the best Dahl makhani I’ve had! The other food is great, too! My only wish was that they were a bit cheaper then I’d order more often :

Great food, friendly staff and ice cold beer, everything a good curry house should be. Samosa Chaat Chicken palak are particularly good, we will be back
