Hot goat salad: cold goat (even after returning to the kitchen, basic mesclun, cheap ham, non-existent seasoning. Olive veal: passable (products of poor quality cooked quite) Ok it’s a brewery, but it doesn’t justify not cooking well and offering “ cheap” products. 1 star instead of 0 is justified by a courteous service and a room leader who came to hear and explain himself about the situation. Unfortunately, that's not enough... It’s really not up to a 4* hotel brewery (in France).
The bar that is located inside CNIT (one floor vs. the level parvis) is fairly quiet and it allows to speak quietly. The kitchen may not leave an unforgettable impression, but remains correct. I tested a Power Bowl with shrimp, it's a rather light format, with a sauce served next to it (more visual impression than gustative). The service is nice.
While staying here we decided to have dinner in their restaurant. The menu, although somewhat limited, offered some good choices. The food was very good but the service seemed a little slow. Maybe this is because in America, everything is hustle bustle. Whether staying here or in the area, this is a good place to eat.
medium products, it is not well cooked, it lacks taste and flavor. super expensive for what it is, for dishes that seem out of an ultra basic restaurant. not at all online with place and price. I haven't been back since the health crisis began. It was much better before. Book a table now

Nice and quiet, relaxing and the food is not bad for Hilton! Chocltae Brownie and French Onion Soup are my highlights! Nice staff too not pretentious!
