Then, when I tried to use a Groupon, the employee seemed confused and ended up calling the manager after asking me to verify the Groupon. It felt like they thought I was trying to scam them, as after a long wait, they refused to accept the Groupon and instead offered me a $5 discount if I paid upfront again. By this time, over 30 minutes had passed since I entered the restaurant after placing my order, and I decided against paying a second time. I ended up leaving empty-handed and got my money back by canceling the purchase.
Given that the Groupon still has positive reviews, it seems the other two locations must honor the deal and provide good service. It’s unfortunate that this restaurant...
If there were an option for zero stars, I would give it none. I placed an order through delivery.com and arrived at the restaurant, where I waited about 10 minutes before anyone came to assist me. When I finally got attention, I was informed that they didn't have my order. I tried to show them my confirmation email, but the staff member was so rude he refused to even look at it. When I asked if I could cancel my order, he told me he couldn't help with that. Overall, the customer service was extremely poor. I will not be returning!
I've never had a worse Jamaican meal. I can cook better than that. I ordered a brown stew snapper. There was nothing brown stew about it. It was red and tasted like tomato sauce, ketchup, and no browning. Served with crunchy rice peas. Like the rice wasn't even cooked all the way. It tasted so bad that I couldn't even eat it, I had to throw it out. A $20 meal in the trash, I was still hungry and absolutely disgusted. This isn't my first time to this restaurant, but it will be my last.
Worst place to get Caribbean food this was my second horrible left experience. It was around 5pm I ordered dubbles the bara was hard and curry was the worse. Instead of saying you have something say you don't have it and not serve reheated dubbles. Was unable to eat it. Will never purchase anything from this establishment again.

The chicken I ordered was nearly flavorless and extremely dry. The cabbage lacked taste as well, and my straightforward requests were ignored. The food was served cold, and it was unclear how long they had reused my meal; it tasted quite old. It was anything but fresh, and that was clearly evident. I won't be coming back!
Went to this restaurant for some beef patties and the gentleman there sold me dry, flaky and burnt patties that tasted like they were a couple of days old. Did not take them back because I was heading to work. Really disappointed, will never go there again!
Food is DELICIOUS!! And portion size is big so you get your money's worth 100%!!
