As a Filipino, I have high expectations when it comes to Filipino food so this plays a lot with the disappointment that I felt upon my dining experiences in this restaurant. The Lumpia Shanghai that we ordered both times was not good. We also tried theirweekend buffet and I thought most of the food were just blah. The only thing I enjoyed was the fried tuyo (no one can mess uptuyo) and the garlic rice. The lechon was tasty so that's one star plus another star for the service which wasn't bad (wasn'tthat great either). Compared to Patio Filipino which is their sister restaurant, I think tastebuds have a long ways to go interms of flavor and service.

My family went to Taste Buds this past Sunday, to eat Filipino breakfast buffet. The buffet food line-up was very delicious. They have all kinds of food, like, Pork Adobo, bopis, sisig, lechon dinadakan, adobong spareribs, sinigang na lechon, mixed vegetables, bokchoy with garlic and the best of all dry fish. I love it My wife and I we were craving for 'dry fish ' and TasteBuds restaurant have it on that day, so off we went. If you never had not try dry fish before, you should try it, its very salty but it delicious with rice, oh yeah drink lots of water when eating dry fish.

I want to give 5 stars but something threw me off about this restaurant. First of all the food was tasty. The disappointing part was the waitress was not attentive to me and my guest throughout the stay. It was only at her convenience. We waited12min till we flagged her down. It was not crowded at all. I felt that we was neglected because we are not Filipino. Customerservice makes a big impact of the experience. I am willing to try again at a later time. To see if it's a one time experience.

Ordered Large Lechon on a Thursday and there was extra charge of $75 plus. Order came out to $478. Reason for this extra charge. The vendor who they buy the Roast pig from charges extra on Thursday. However, If you order on Fridays which is their normal deliveries of Roast Pig from their vendor. Then you pay regular orice for any size pig. This tells me...they don't Roast their own pigs. They buy the Roast Pig from someone else. Very inconvenient and disappointed Book a table now

Love this Filipino restaurant. Dishes are almost as good as home cooked meals. We came for crispy tadyang and unfortunately they don?t have it that day. The rest of the dishes were tasty and good!!

Too expensive for the portions. The food is meh. Location is great, but parking is scarce. Lechon, sure, but that?s pretty much all they offer that?s not widely available.
