I did not like popcorn until I visited Tastebuds. I live in NYC and stopped by on a recent trip and my life has been changed. They have over 200 flavors and let you sample whatever you want. All of it was so unique and incredible. I brought some back for my friends in New York and they are all obsessed with the Decadent Dog and Dill Pickle flavors. Could literally eat this every night. Can we order online please and have it shipped??
I had a wonderful time at the shop and had difficulty choosing what to buy. Although I'm not familiar with the recipe, Butter Pecan is one of my favorite flavors. I was a bit disappointed with the taste, though. Perhaps roasting the pecans in butter before adding them to the mix and using vanilla butter flavor in the caramel could enhance the Butter Pecan flavor.
I may not understand the excitement over gourmet popcorn—maybe I'm just a bit of a curmudgeon—but my partner really enjoys this place. It has a lively atmosphere and friendly staff, so I’m giving it a 5-star rating. If you're looking for a quick and enjoyable escape from the routine of everyday life, it’s definitely worth a try.
The staff here are fantastic! They're incredibly friendly and engaging. The Nashville dish is absolutely delicious! And the salted caramel—wow! I also tried the Carolina mix. I can't wait to return and sample more of the menu! Book a table now
