This spot seems like a local institution. They had live music- two guitarists playing in the background. The atmosphere was perfect and the food was really tasty as well. The restaurant is underground with no windows but the murals and lighting make it seem as if you’re transported to Portugal. Overall, an older clientele but a lovely spot. Parking: There’s a free parking lot for customers to use. Wheelchair accessibility: There’s a ramp to enter the restaurant to accommodate those in wheelchairs.

I recently enjoyed a fantastic three-course lunch for just $17, and it was absolutely amazing! The fish and dessert were the best I've ever tasted. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was delightful. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 5 stars. Highly recommended for a lunch meal in the $10–20 price range!
