Diane’s restaurant serves absolutely delicious food! During my visit to Chester, SC, on my way back home to Atlanta, GA, I was craving soul food, and someone recommended Diane’s. I grew up eating soulful cuisine, but I can be very picky about certain dishes when it comes to dining out; for instance, I won't order meatloaf—I only eat my own. Food is horrible mac and cheese got sugar in it collard greens got way to much vinegar over seasoned rice and gray was horrible rice hard gravy barley had any flavoring pig feet were small this place has great service but whoever was in the kitchen need better cooking experience food was just nasty I had to say that drove around looking for soul food to find this place chicken was the only best thing Service: Take out
I rated the food 3 stars because I believe many people enjoy it. I know the owner and think highly of them, so I like to stop by and say hello now and then. Unfortunately, I can’t eat there myself due to a shrimp allergy, as most dishes are cooked in the same oil. I imagine it’s delicious, though! I hope they consider keeping the chicken, fish, and fries separate from the shrimp.
Everyone greeted us like family. The numerous people coming in out picking up orders spoke to us too. The restaurant is small only 4 tables but the food atmosphere is awesome. My burger was juicy , dripping with lots of flavor! Hubby had the wings which were delicious!! I stoled one of them. LOL LOL Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

Breakfast is absolutely delicious! The meatloaf, mac and cheese, collard greens, and fried okra are all amazing. I can't wait for them to open so I can enjoy their breakfast once again!
